I lost my streak — can I restore it?+
If you tapped “relapse” by accident, open Settings → Recovery → Undo last check-in within 24 hours. After that, your streak history is preserved but the current streak resets — which, for most people in recovery, is the honest path forward.
How do I change my accountability partner?+
Go to Partners in the app, tap your current partner, and choose Remove. You can then invite a new partner by email. Your previous partner will no longer see any updates.
Can I use Foundation on multiple devices?+
Yes. Sign in with the same Apple ID on any iPhone or iPad and your data syncs automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Foundation → Cancel.
I want to delete my account and all my data.+
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently erases your journal, streaks, and personal data within 30 days.
My AI insights feel generic. How do I make them better?+
The AI gets more accurate as you log more check-ins, triggers, and journal entries. Give it two to three weeks of honest data and the suggestions will start to reflect your specific patterns.
